Vince Sirianni is a Senior Associate at Forward and is a member of the founding team.

Prior to joining Forward, Vince was a Director of Talent Ventures at Endeavor, the international media and entertainment conglomerate. While at Endeavor, Vince co-led the development of the Talent Ventures vertical, which sought to invest behind and pair Endeavor's top celebrity clients with disruptive consumer brands in entrepreneurial capacities.

Prior to joining Endeavor, Vince was an Associate at L Catterton, where he completed a variety of majority and minority investments. Representative brands include Remedy, I and Love and You, Rhone, Mizzen & Main, and others. Vince began his career as an Analyst in the M&A group at Evercore, where he worked on engagements in consumer and other sectors.

Vince graduated from Emory University's Goizueta Business School with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. He also played on Emory's Men's Varsity Golf Team, where he earned UAA All Academic Honors.
