Eileen Sullivan is a Vice President at Forward.

Prior to joining Forward, Eileen was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, Eileen led projects for consumer and retail clients across a variety of topics including growth strategy, commercial diligence, operational excellence, revenue growth management, and digital acceleration.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Eileen was an Associate at RoundTable Healthcare Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where she focused on the consumer health and pharmaceutical sectors. While at RoundTable, she evaluated platform investments and worked alongside portfolio company management teams to develop and pursue strategic priorities. Eileen began her career at Goldman Sachs where she worked as an investment banking associate in the Consumer & Retail Group.

Eileen graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. In her free time, Eileen enjoys golfing, hiking, and traveling.
